Here Is My Story...
When I lost my sister, my world changed forever. Grief reshaped my life in ways I never expected, pulling me into the deepest pain I had ever known.Yet in the middle of that darkness, I began to find light when I started working with a life coach. I started working on myself through healing practices, self-discovery, and the realization that grief is not something we "get over," but something we learn to walk with.
My journey led me to become a grief coach. I now dedicate my life to walking alongside others who have lost a loved one, offering compassion, understanding, and practical tools to help them find hope and healing. My sister's memory is the reason I do this work, and it's her legacy that inspires me to help others to rediscover life after a loss.
You might be asking yourself… How will it help me?
I once asked the exact same questions.
Working with me is not about "fixing" grief - it's about creating space for it, honouring it, and learning how to live with love and loss together. Here are the steps I guide my clients through:
1. Creating a Safe Space
2. Normalizing the Grief Experience
3. Gentle Emotional Release
4. Developing Healthy Copying Tools
5. Reframing the Relationship
6. Encouraging Small Steps Forward
7. Building a Support Network
